We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly skilled Panel Beater at their reputable accident repair centre in Penrith, Cumbria. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Panel Beaters seeking a role that offers competitive pay, ongoing training, and career development prospects.

Duties for the Panel Beater:
  • Repairing or replacing damaged panels to a high standard
  • Planning work and ordering parts to ensure timely completion
  • Maintaining thorough knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and products
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Maintaining high standards of workshop cleanliness and organisation
  • Completing documentation accurately and efficiently
Requirements for the Panel Beater:
  • Proven experience as a Panel Beater within a busy Bodyshop
  • Attention to detail and quality awareness
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure
  • ATA repair body certification would be advantageous, but not essential
  • NVQ Level 3 qualification is desirable, though extensive experience will be considered
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
