We are currently seeking a highly skilled Panel Beater to join our client's state-of-the-art Accident Repair Centre in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Panel Beaters to work in a modern environment within a respected facility, offering excellent career progression and earning potential.

Benefits:

  • Uncapped time-saved bonus

Duties:
  • Carry out high-quality panel repairs on accident-damaged vehicles
  • Assess vehicle damage and determine suitable repair methods
  • Strip, refit, and repair vehicle components as necessary
  • Conduct welding and structural repairs in accordance with standards
  • Ensure repairs adhere to manufacturer and industry standards
  • Work efficiently to maximise time-saved bonus opportunities
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment as a Panel Beater
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely vehicle completion
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Panel Beater within an automotive Bodyshop or Accident Repair Centre
  • Strong accident repair skills, with a focus on panel repairs
  • Demonstrates pride in delivering high-quality workmanship
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently to deadlines and productivity targets
  • Works well independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to high standards of health, safety, and quality
