We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable vehicle rental company for the position of Panel Beater at their Eastbourne accident repair workshop. This is an excellent Panel Beater opportunity for experienced Panel Beaters to join a well-established team dedicated to delivering high-quality repairs.

Duties of a Panel Beater:
  • Repairing and replacing damaged vehicle panels to the highest standard
  • Recognising and reporting structural damage as needed
  • Removing and replacing mechanical, electrical, and trim components with precision
  • Diagnosing additional faults for further repairs
  • Maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment
  • Interpreting technical instructions and data accurately
  • Using alignment equipment to ensure repairs meet safety standards
  • Following best practices and safety regulations in all repair processes
  • Ensuring high-quality standards are consistently met
Requirements of a Panel Beater:
  • Previous panel beating experience or fully qualified status
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality awareness
  • Strong communication skills and competent English reading and writing skills
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently
  • Qualifications are advantageous but not essential
  • Knowledge of hybrid vehicle repairs is desirable
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
