They're looking for an experienced Panel Technician who can get on with the job, do it properly and take some pride in what leaves their bay.

No need to be a “rockstar”.
No need to “thrive in a fast-paced environment”.
And nobody is going to describe you as a “panel-beating ninja”.

Just be good at fixing cars.
