Paralegal

Fully Remote Paralegal - Multiple roles available, Real Estate and Corporate.

Role

• Support complex Corporate or Commercial Real Estate matters from instruction through to completion
• Assist with due diligence, document reviews and transaction management
• Prepare and draft legal documentation under the supervision of qualified lawyers
• Manage data rooms, document execution, completion checklists and post-completion processes
• Handle Companies House filings, Land Registry applications, SDLT submissions or other transactional requirements, depending on your area of expertise
• Utilise legal technology and AI tools to support efficient matter delivery
• Work closely with Partners, Fee Earners and business services teams to deliver exceptional client service
• Maintain accurate records, manage multiple deadlines and support the successful delivery of client matters

Candidate Requirements

• At least 1–2 years' Paralegal experience within either Corporate or Commercial Real Estate
• Experience supporting transactions in a law firm or professional services environment
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent attention to detail and drafting ability
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience using legal technology and document management systems is advantageous
