Days / Hours: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & SATURDAY (9.30am to 4.00pm)

Duration: 12 month Fixed Term Contract

Start: September 2026

Location: Sutton Coldfield (Mere Green)

Salary: £12.71 per hour (£15,800 take home for the 4 part days each week)

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are recruiting for a Part Time Administrator to join a small but very busy sales team in Sutton Coldfield.

The role will suit someone for whom no job is too big or too small - someone who can cope with the administrative demands of the job but someone who doesn't mind when it is time to empty the dishwasher or get milk from the shop.

The main purpose of the role is to support the business owner with preparation of quotes, placing orders for non-stock items, updating client regularly on the status of their project etc.

To be successful in this role you must have…

• 12 month+ administration and client service experience.
• Good numeracy skill.
• Strong IT Skill including MS Excel.
• A genuine reason for needing only part time hours
• Be happy working every Saturday (9.30am to 4pm)
