Part-Time Barista – Cheltenham

£12.71 per hour | 20 hours per week

Our client are looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Barista to join a growing independent coffee house in Cheltenham. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a business that values quality, hospitality, and creating a warm environment where customers feel genuinely welcome.

About the Role:

As a Barista, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. From crafting high-quality coffees to creating meaningful interactions with our customers, you'll help make our coffee house a place people love to visit.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and serving a range of hot and cold drinks to a high standard
  • Providing outstanding customer service with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Operating the till and handling transactions
  • Maintaining cleanliness and presentation throughout the café
  • Assisting with food preparation and serving where required
  • Working as part of a supportive team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

What We're Looking For

  • Previous barista or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
  • A passion for coffee and customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a positive work ethic
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including some weekends
