Part-Time New Homes Sales Advisor - Lincolnshire

Are you an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity with a leading housebuilder in Lincolnshire?

I am working on behalf of a well-established housebuilder who is looking for a confident, dynamic and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join their team on a part-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven new homes sales experience who is looking for a flexible working arrangement while continuing to work within the new homes industry.

Working Pattern

• Tuesdays and Wednesdays each week.
• One weekend per month.
• Additional ad-hoc holiday cover throughout the year, approximately 35-40 days annually.
• Flexibility to support the wider sales team when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective buyers, providing expert advice on a range of new build homes across the development.
• Conduct in-person and virtual viewings, showcasing the quality and lifestyle of the new homes.
• Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion, delivering exceptional customer service at every stage.
• Maintain an excellent knowledge of available properties, pricing, incentives and current offers.
• Build strong relationships with prospective purchasers, helping them make informed decisions about their new home.
• Work closely with the wider sales team to support sales performance and achieve development targets.
• Provide holiday and absence cover when required, ensuring continuity of service across the development.

Qualifications & Experience

• A minimum of 2 years' proven experience within New Homes sales is essential.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Confident managing the full sales journey, from initial enquiry through to reservation and completion.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify sales opportunities.
• A flexible and reliable approach to working, including the ability to commit to one weekend per month and additional holiday cover.
