Veritas Education are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Primary Teacher to join a dedicated and supportive staff team within a welcoming primary school based in Colne, Lancashire.

This is a part-time teaching position, covering lessons across Key Stage 1 and Lower Key Stage 2. The successful candidate will be confident working across different year groups and able to quickly establish positive relationships with pupils and staff. The role would suit a flexible and adaptable teacher who enjoys working across the primary age range and can deliver engaging, well-structured lessons.
The successful candidate will:
- Deliver engaging, creative and well-sequenced lessons across KS1 and Lower KS2.
- Demonstrate a secure understanding of the primary curriculum.
- Adapt teaching effectively to meet the needs of different year groups and abilities.
- Have high expectations for behaviour, achievement and pupil progress.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued.
- Build strong relationships with pupils and quickly establish a positive learning environment.
- Demonstrate flexibility and confidence when teaching across different classes.
