Partner Enablement & Success Manager

Avanti Recruitment

Partner Enablement & Success Manager

Remote (UK) | Two days a month in Brighton

We’re working with a fast-growing, market-leading SaaS business looking for a Partner Enablement & Success Manager to join its commercial team.

The company helps organisations manage information security, data privacy and AI governance, with a platform trusted by more than 65,000 users across over 100 countries. Its software supports businesses in achieving and maintaining compliance with standards and regulations including ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2 and ISO 42001. The focus is on compliance that stands up to scrutiny, rather than simply getting through an audit.

Its partner network is an important part of that growth. This includes MSPs, consultancies, auditors, compliance specialists and other partners who use and recommend the platform to support their own customers.

They’re looking for someone who can develop those relationships, help partners understand and confidently position the platform, and support their long-term success.

The Role

This isn’t just about signing up new partners. You’ll focus on developing partnerships, delivering training and helping partners build the knowledge, confidence and capability to grow their businesses.

You’ll support new partners as they get started, keep existing partners engaged and work with them to identify opportunities for growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and developing strong, long-term relationships across the partner network.
  • Onboarding new partners and delivering training, product education and ongoing enablement.
  • Giving partners the tools, knowledge and support to confidently position and sell the platform.
  • Supporting partners with sales opportunities and co-selling activity.
  • Running regular partner reviews and identifying opportunities for growth and increased partner-generated revenue.
  • Improving partner engagement, adoption and overall performance.
  • Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Success to support partner activity.
  • Gathering partner feedback and helping improve the overall partner experience.
  • Contributing ideas and improvements to the Partner Programme as the business scales.

About You

You’ll enjoy helping partners succeed and understand how effective relationships translate into commercial results.

We’re looking for:

  • Experience working with partners, resellers, MSPs, consultancies or other indirect sales channels.
  • Experience onboarding, supporting, training or enabling partners.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with a consultative approach.
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of how partnerships drive revenue.
  • Confidence delivering presentations, training and product demonstrations.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and confidence working in a fast-paced, growing SaaS environment.

SaaS or technology experience would be an advantage, particularly if you’ve worked with MSPs, resellers or technology partners. Experience in information security, compliance, cyber security or GRC would also be useful, as would knowledge of ISO standards, particularly ISO 27001.

We’d also be interested in experience creating or delivering partner enablement programmes, running partner quarterly business reviews, joint business planning or co-selling.

What’s On Offer

The Partner Programme is continuing to evolve, so you’ll have the opportunity to contribute ideas and improve how the business works with its partners. As the company grows, there’s scope to develop your expertise, take on greater responsibility and help shape the wider partner network.

Information security, privacy and AI governance are increasingly board-level priorities. You’ll be working in a growing market, helping partners support organisations with some of their most important security and compliance challenges.

Alongside a competitive basic salary, there’s the opportunity to earn a significant performance-related bonus based on individual, team and company success.

The role is remote-first within the UK, with two days a month in Brighton to collaborate with the wider team.

Benefits include:

  • 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, with additional entitlement based on length of service.
  • NEST pension scheme.
  • Perkbox employee benefits platform.
  • Professional development and training support.
  • Regular company events and team meet-ups.

You’ll be joining a collaborative, supportive and ambitious team. This would suit someone who enjoys developing long-term partnerships and wants to combine relationship management, training and commercial growth with a say in how a developing partner programme is run.
