The Role
As the Partner Manager, you’ll:
- Manage end-to-end relationships with service partners, ensuring effective onboarding and performance.
- Develop collaborative partnerships to support consistent service delivery across the business.
- Monitor supplier performance against KPIs and SLAs, driving improvements and ensuring value for money.
- Support commercial and budget management activities, providing insights into supplier performance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
You
To be successful in the role of Partner Manager, you’ll bring:
- Experience in procurement, commercial management, or supplier relationship management.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management and contract performance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in managing tender processes and supplier evaluations.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to work.
