In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing supplier relationships and ensuring operational excellence across the Defence Estate.


The Role
As the Partner Manager, you’ll:

  • Manage end-to-end relationships with service partners, ensuring effective onboarding and performance.
  • Develop collaborative partnerships to support consistent service delivery across the business.
  • Monitor supplier performance against KPIs and SLAs, driving improvements and ensuring value for money.
  • Support commercial and budget management activities, providing insights into supplier performance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
 


You
To be successful in the role of Partner Manager, you’ll bring:

  • Experience in procurement, commercial management, or supplier relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management and contract performance.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in managing tender processes and supplier evaluations.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach to work.
