This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in a dealership parts department or similar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with parts and accessories enquiries
- Ordering, identifying and supplying parts accurately
- Supporting the workshop with parts requirements
- Maintaining stock records and inventory levels
- Liaising with suppliers, technicians and customers
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Confident using IT systems
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Interest in motorcycles or the automotive industry desirable
