Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm | 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:00am - 2:00pm

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Parts & Senior Parts Advisor to join a busy, professional dealership where you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of a successful Parts Department.

Working alongside an experienced team, you'll help deliver outstanding customer service to both retail and workshop customers while supporting the Parts Manager in maintaining an efficient, well-organised department.

The Role
As a Parts Advisor, you'll support the Parts Manager with the smooth day-to-day operation of the Parts Department while delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.

Your responsibilities will include:
·Supporting the Parts Manager with daily department operations
·Supplying parts to the workshop and retail customers
·Ordering, receiving and booking in vehicle parts
·Maintaining accurate stock control and stock locations
·Processing returns and resolving stock discrepancies
·Answering customer enquiries by telephone and email
·Ensuring all customer orders are processed promptly and accurately
·Completing all administration and documentation to a high standard
·Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
 
About You
We're looking for someone with:
·Previous experience as a Senior Parts Advisor or experienced Parts Advisor within a franchised dealership
·Strong knowledge of automotive parts and stock control
·Experience using a Dealer Management System (Kerridge, Pinnacle, 1Link or similar)
·Excellent communication and customer service skills
·Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
·The ability to work independently and as part of a busy team
·Full UK Manual Driving Licence
·Right to work in the UK (Sponsorship is not available)
