We are currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor for a reputable dealership in Guildford. This is a full-time Service Advisor position offering an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals to advance their careers within a well-established automotive brand. Benefits:
  • A competitive basic salary of £32,000 per annum, with a realistic OTE of up to £38,000 (uncapped)
  • 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm, with one in three Saturday mornings on a rota basis

Duties of a Service Advisor:
  • Book MOTs, repairs, and servicing appointments for customers efficiently
  • Offer expert advice on warranty cover, vehicle repairs, and upselling parts and accessories
  • Collaborate with the Aftersales department to schedule work and manage workload
  • Handle a high volume of customer interactions face-to-face, over the phone, and via online platforms
  • Communicate turnaround times effectively, keeping customers informed throughout the process
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update dealership management systems
  • Build and maintain rapport with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure repeat business
Requirements of a Service Advisor:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive sector
  • Familiarity with Kerridge, ADP, or other dealer management systems is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to explain technical vehicle information clearly and effectively
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently 
  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality customer service and working with automobiles
