About Twisted

Twisted, we don't build ordinary vehicles.

For more than 20 years, we've been transforming automotive icons into something altogether different — taking the legendary Land Rover Defender and Classic Range Rover and turning them into bespoke machines that combine luxury, performance, and attitude.

Our vehicles are recognised around the world for pushing boundaries, and behind every build is a team of passionate people who care about getting every detail right.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Parts Advisor who shares that mindset — someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to be part of a brand that refuses to follow the crowd.

This is far more than a standard parts role.

You'll become a key part of our specialist parts operation, helping ensure components move seamlessly between our workshops, sites, customers, and international licensees. From receiving and managing stock to supporting the build process with the right components at the right time, you'll play an important role in keeping Twisted moving.

Because we work with highly specialised vehicles, an automotive or mechanical background is essential, and experience with Land Rover Defenders would be a huge advantage.

We're also looking for someone who is confident using computer systems, with MRP or stock management experience being highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting goods-in and goods-out operations across the business
  • Picking, packing, and shipping parts to customers and licensees
  • Delivering components between Twisted sites when required
  • Maintaining accurate stock records and inventory control
  • Building wheels and tyre assemblies
  • Keeping the parts department organised, efficient, and professional
  • Learning and understanding Twisted's bespoke and specialist components
  • Working closely with the wider team to support vehicle builds and customer requirements

The Candidate

We're interested in people who are proactive, reliable, and genuinely enthusiastic about the automotive world.

You'll ideally have:

  • Eligibility to work in the UK, no sponsorship will be offered.
  • In commutable distance of Thirsk
  • An automotive or mechanical background (essential)
  • Knowledge of Land Rover Defenders (highly advantageous)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence working in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Good computer skills, ideally with MRP or stock management experience
  • A full UK driving licence
  • The ability to carry out manual handling and warehouse duties
  • A team-first attitude and willingness to learn

Why Join Twisted?

This is an opportunity to be part of one of the UK's most recognised specialist automotive brands.

You'll work alongside a passionate team, surrounded by some of the most unique vehicle builds in the industry, with the chance to develop your skills as the business continues to grow.

  • Work with a premium, globally recognised automotive brand
  • Be part of high-specification, bespoke vehicle builds
  • Join a supportive and ambitious team
  • Develop your career within a growing specialist business
  • Enjoy an early Friday finish every week

Ready to Join the Anti-Ordinary?

If you're passionate about vehicles, enjoy working in a hands-on environment, and want to be part of a team creating some of the world's most distinctive automotive builds, we'd love to hear from you.
