Our client is a well-established automotive business committed to providing exceptional customer service and high-quality automotive parts. This is an excellent Parts Advisor opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary between £32,000 and £34,000 per annum, dependent on experience
- Monday to Friday working hours from 8am to 6pm, with no weekend work

- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients, serving as the friendly and knowledgeable face of the Parts Department
- Manage parts orders from receipt through to dispatch, accurately interpreting requirements and advising on additional or alternative options
- Maintain stock control and ensure accurate records of parts movements in compliance with manufacturer guidelines
- Support sales growth by identifying sales opportunities and assisting with marketing initiatives
- Ensure the presentation and organisation of displays and work areas meet high standards
- Assist colleagues with parts enquiries and technical support as needed
- Keep workspaces safe, tidy, and compliant with health and safety regulations
- Embrace opportunities to develop technical knowledge and familiarity with in-house IT systems
- Previous experience in customer service or automotive parts sales is highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Proactive and motivated with the ability to work independently
- IT literacy, with training available on in-house systems
- A passion for the automotive industry and a positive attitude towards delivering outstanding service
