Our client, a reputable provider of high-quality genuine parts, is actively seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join their team in Guildford. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to develop their career within a respected automotive organisation that values staff progression and ongoing training.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of £32,000 per annum, with an achievable OTE of £36,000 through incentive bonuses
  • Working hours from 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday
  • Rotating Saturday shifts on a 1 in 3 basis, from 8:00am to 1:00pm, included within salary
  • 22 days holiday entitlement plus birthday leave

Duties as a Parts Advisor include:
  • Provide expert advice and deliver outstanding customer service to both trade and retail clients
  • Accurately identify vehicle parts and recommend appropriate solutions to meet customer needs
  • Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries efficiently while achieving set KPIs
  • Process orders and transactions accurately, maintaining comprehensive records
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty
  • Collaborate with sales colleagues to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive parts and industry trends
  • Assist in stock management and administrative tasks to support the team’s operational efficiency
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Parts Advisor, Bodyshop Parts Advisor, or Parts Administrator within the motor trade
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and work effectively within a team environment
  • Organisational skills with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • IT proficiency, including experience with dealership management systems and MS Office
  • Genuine passion for the automotive industry and a desire to advance within the sector
  • Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship
