We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable independent Parts Specialist, for a dedicated Parts Advisor.
This position offers a stable, Monday to Friday working schedule with no weekend shifts and excellent career development prospects within a well-established family-owned business.
Benefits of a Parts Advisor:
- Salary up to £36,000, dependent on experience
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm, early finish on Fridays

- Providing expert advice and excellent customer service to trade clients at the Stevenage trade counter
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with trade customers via face-to-face, email, and telephone communication
- Promoting parts and services effectively to various levels within the motor trade industry
- Managing stock levels and overseeing parts ordering and inventory control
- Utilizing automotive parts systems such as Kerridge and Autopart for efficient parts management
- Supporting the sales team with parts-related inquiries and order processing
- Maintaining a professional appearance and representing the company positively at all times
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor trade or motor factor environment
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts; familiarity with JLR EPC system advantageous
- Experience with Kerridge, Mamsoft, or Autopart systems preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable, trustworthy, and well-presented
- Passionate about providing outstanding customer service
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Eagerness to learn and develop within the role
