We are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable, family-run dealership in Great Yarmouth for the position of Parts Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Parts Advisor seeking to advance their career within a supportive and professional environment. Our client values dedication, expertise, and excellent customer service, offering the right individual a stable and rewarding role in the motor trade.

Benefits: 
  • Basic salary up to £30,000, complemented by a competitive bonus structure
  • Realistic on-target earnings of approximately £36,000 annually
  • Monday to Friday working hours, 8.30am to 5.30pm

Duties of a Parts Advisor:
  • Providing excellent customer service to both retail and trade clients
  • Managing parts stock levels and ensuring availability of required items
  • Processing parts orders and sales efficiently and accurately
  • Offering technical advice and assistance to customers and colleagues
  • Maintaining dealership stock records and ensuring inventory accuracy
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers to maximise sales
  • Supporting the dealership’s parts department to meet and exceed customer expectations
Requirements of a Parts Advisor:
  • Proven experience as a Parts Advisor in a dealership or automotive environment
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Good knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
  • Customer-focused attitude with a professional approach
  • Valid UK driving licence
