Our client, a well-established national motor parts factor based in Slough, Berkshire, is seeking a dedicated Parts Advisor to join their dynamic team. This role offers excellent career development opportunities within a reputable automotive environment, providing high-quality genuine parts to independent garages and bodyshops.
Benefits for the successful Parts Advisor:
- Up to £33,500 basic salary plus bonus
- Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm
- One in three Saturday mornings, 8am – 12.30pm

- Provide expert advice to customers regarding parts and accessories to meet their needs

- Accurately identify and locate parts to ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilise promotional offers effectively to meet sales objectives
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships via phone and face-to-face interactions
- Support the Sales Manager in reaching sales goals
- Maintain high product knowledge and stay informed of competitor activity
- Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally, adhering to KPI frameworks
- Use company systems efficiently to search, order, and process parts
- Follow up on customer orders, manage credit statuses, and ensure timely communication
- Proven experience as a Parts Advisor, Parts Supervisor, or Parts Sales Representative
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good knowledge of automotive parts and the industry preferred
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for automotive products
