Parts Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Parts Sales Executive to join our client’s reputable auto centre located in Park Royal. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to contribute significantly to a thriving team while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets in a competitive automotive environment. 

Benefits: 
  • Basic salary of £36,000 per annum with a realistic OTE of £39,000
  • Working hours Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, with rotating Saturdays (8am to 12pm)

Duties of a Parts Sales Executive:
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and team to meet business objectives
  • Achieve personal KPIs and revenue targets through existing and new customer engagement
  • Accurately identify parts to fulfill customer requirements as a Parts Sales Executive
  • Promote product offers effectively to reach sales targets
  • Recognise and capitalise on sales opportunities within the customer base
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and monitor competitor activity
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with customers via face-to-face visits and telephone contact
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs
  • Keep customers informed on credit and order status
  • Support the TPS Centre team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Handle inbound calls and customer enquiries efficiently, adhering to KPI standards
  • Use company systems accurately for parts searches and orders
  • Complete all documentation promptly and ensure accuracy
  • Manage cash and card transactions in line with company policies
Requirements of a Parts Sales Executive:
  • Proven experience in a Parts Sales Executive role or similar within the automotive industry
  • Strong relationship-building and sales skills, with a track record of meeting targets
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality service
  • IT proficiency, including MS Excel and relevant software
  • Genuine passion for the automotive sector and the desire to develop a long-term career
  • Ability to work proactively both independently and as part of a team
