- Every third Saturday morning shift (8:00am–1:00pm)

- Supplying parts to Trade and Retail customers promptly and accurately
- Handling customer enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Identifying and ordering the correct parts using manufacturer and parts catalogues
- Providing clear, accurate quotations and pricing
- Processing parts orders and ensuring timely availability
- Liaising closely with technicians and workshop teams to facilitate efficient job completion
- Maintaining and checking stock levels, organising incoming parts deliveries
- Managing customer orders, updating customers on status and delivery times
- Recognising sales opportunities to maximise parts sales and achieve targets
- Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the automotive industry is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and automotive products
- Experience dealing with both Trade and Retail customers is advantageous
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confident IT skills, familiar with parts catalogues and dealership management systems
- Well-organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively within a busy team environment
- Commercial awareness with a focus on sales targets and customer satisfaction
