We are working on behalf of our client, a well-established main dealer in Corby, Northamptonshire, to recruit an experienced Aftersales Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled automotive professional to join a reputable dealership committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties of the Aftersales Advisor:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service and repair process
  • Book vehicles into the workshop and manage customer appointments efficiently
  • Provide accurate estimates and clearly explain work recommendations
  • Keep customers informed of vehicle status during repairs
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service
  • Identify additional sales opportunities and maximise Aftersales revenue
  • Prepare detailed job cards and ensure all documentation is completed accurately
  • Handle customer queries and concerns with professionalism
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership procedures
Requirements of the Aftersales Advisor:
  • Previous experience within an automotive Service or Parts environment
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Confident and professional manner when dealing with customers
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Commercial awareness and sales opportunity recognition
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude as the Aftersales Advisor
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced Aftersales environment
