We are currently seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our client’s well-established independent dealership in Warwick. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to a reputable business renowned for delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a supportive working environment.

  • Monday to Thursday working hours from 8:00am to 5:30pm
  • Friday hours from 8:00am to 3:30pm

Duties of a Service Advisor:
  • Booking customers in for servicing, MOTs, warranty work, and general repairs
  • Preparing job cards and managing the daily workshop workload efficiently
  • Greeting customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Providing regular updates to customers throughout repair processes
  • Reviewing vehicle health checks with technicians and discussing advisory work with customers
  • Ordering parts and ensuring availability for scheduled work
  • Preparing invoices and conducting vehicle pre-collection checks
  • Managing courtesy cars and vehicle movements
  • Handling customer queries professionally and resolving issues promptly
  • Collaborating closely with technicians, Parts, MOT, and Sales departments to optimise workshop productivity
Requirements of a Service Advisor:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in an Aftersales role within the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a busy workload effectively
  • Genuine interest in cars and the automotive sector
  • Professional, customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
