We are recruiting for the position of Service Advisor on behalf of a respected car dealership group in Epsom, Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals seeking a stable and rewarding career within a well-established and supportive dealership environment.

Duties of a Service Advisor:
  • Provide high-quality customer service and effective communication with clients
  • Advise customers on vehicle repairs, maintenance, and service plans
  • Manage customer appointments and liaise with the workshop team to ensure efficient workflow
  • Generate quotations and upsell appropriate services and parts
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history
  • Strive to exceed customer expectations, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
  • Handle enquiries and support the workshop with effective coordination
Requirements of a Service Advisor:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealer environment
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Demonstrable enthusiasm and commitment to delivering outstanding service
  • Familiarity with dealership management systems and service processes
  • Residing within approximately half an hour’s commute of Epsom, Surrey
