We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Warranty Advisor in Lincoln, Lincolnshire. The role offers a competitive basic salary of £30,000 with an on-target earnings of approximately £34,200. Duties of a Warranty Advisor:
  • Process warranty claims accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow
  • Organise and prioritise daily activities to handle warranties effectively
  • Maintain detailed records of warranty claim processes
  • Liaise with internal teams and clients to resolve any warranty-related queries
  • Use relevant automotive warranty systems to manage claims
  • Ensure compliance with warranty policies and industry standards
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of warranty processes
Requirements of a Warranty Advisor:
  • Proven experience as a Warranty Advisor or in a similar automotive role
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate technical systems
  • Effective communication skills for internal and customer interactions
  • Familiarity with automotive warranty systems
  • Knowledge of automotive industry processes and procedures
  • Customer service experience within the automotive sector
  • Previous warranty management or administrative experience is advantageous
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications are preferred
