Our client, a well-established car dealership group based in Wimbledon, South London, is looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join their professional and supportive team. Duties of the Service Advisor:
  • Providing exceptional customer service and establishing effective communication with clients
  • Advising customers on vehicle repairs, maintenance, and service plans
  • Managing customer appointments and liaising with the workshop team to ensure smooth workflow
  • Generating quotations and upselling appropriate services and parts where applicable
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and service history
  • Striving to meet or exceed customer expectations, ensuring high satisfaction levels
Requirements of the Service Advisor: 
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealer environment
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage sensitive, confidential information
  • Demonstrable enthusiasm, drive, and commitment to delivering excellent service
  • Familiarity with dealership management systems and service processes
  • Residing within approximately half an hour's commute of Wimbledon
