We are currently recruiting for a Parts Advisor position at a reputable car dealership in Farnham. Our client is seeking a motivated individual to join their busy team, offering an excellent platform for career progression within the automotive industry. This role provides a focused environment, supporting workshop operations and managing parts stock effectively.

Duties of the Parts Advisor:
  • Providing efficient and accurate parts service to the workshop team
  • Managing parts stock levels and reordering stock, including tyres
  • Handling customer enquiries from local garages and trade customers
  • Processing daily parts deliveries, checking in stock, and organising incoming parts
  • Preparing pre-picks for the service department
  • Supporting workshop operations by ensuring timely parts supply to meet repair schedules
  • Maintaining high standards of organisation in a fast-paced environment
  • Dealing with internal and external customer interactions professionally and efficiently
Requirements of the Parts Advisor:
  • Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar role within the automotive sector
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
  • Full driving licence is essential due to location and mobility requirements
  • Proactive, enthusiastic attitude towards work
  • Knowledge of Kerridge or similar DMS systems is preferred but not essential
