This Parts Manager position offers:
- Competitive basic salary of up to £40,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday working hours, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Alternate Saturday working

- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the parts department
- Maintain effective inventory control and stock management
- Coordinate the ordering, receipt and distribution of parts
- Ensure workshop and customer requirements are met efficiently
- Lead and support the parts team to deliver excellent customer service
- Work towards departmental sales and performance targets
- Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate favourable terms
- Analyse parts performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies and procedures
- Provide training and support to develop a collaborative and motivated team
- Proven experience in a Parts Manager role within a motor dealership
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation abilities
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Experience using automotive parts management systems and Microsoft Office
- A full UK driving licence is preferred
