Duties of the Parts Sales Manager:
  • Manage and motivate the Parts Sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Monitor sales performance against KPIs and implement corrective actions when necessary
  • Lead promotional activities and campaigns to drive sales growth
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and stay aware of competitor activity
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, providing coaching and support to team members
  • Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained
  • Oversee delivery schedules and ensure service excellence
  • Guarantee compliance with all business standards, processes, and legal requirements
  • Foster a positive, energetic, and results-driven team environment
Requirements of the Parts Sales Manager:
  • Proven experience managing a sales team within the automotive parts or trade environment
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • High IT literacy, proficient in MS Office and business systems
  • Passion for the automotive industry and delivering outstanding customer service
