We're recruiting for a Parts Supervisor in Norwich to join a well-established and award-winning business within the agricultural machinery sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with parts, automotive, plant, HGV, or machinery experience who is looking to progress their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

As a Parts Supervisor in Norwich, you'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the parts department, leading a small team, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring customers and technicians receive the right parts at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Parts Supervisor, you'll support the successful operation of the parts department by:

  • Supervising the daily running of the parts department
  • Supporting and motivating the parts team to achieve targets and maintain high standards
  • Providing excellent customer service across face-to-face, telephone, and email enquiries
  • Identifying and supplying the correct parts for customers and technicians
  • Managing stock levels, deliveries, and inventory accuracy
  • Processing invoices and maintaining accurate records
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure efficient operations
  • Supporting showroom sales and assisting with product enquiries

What we're looking for:

To be successful as a Parts Supervisor, you'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience within a Parts Supervisor, Parts Advisor, or similar position
  • Experience working within automotive, plant, HGV, agricultural, or machinery environments
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to support and motivate a team
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Good IT skills and confidence using business systems
  • Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills
  • A proactive and professional approach to your work
  • A full UK driving licence
