Job Title: Passive Fire Project Manager (Fire Doors Specialist)
Location: Dudley
Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 per year (DOE) + Company Vehicle + Benefits

We are looking for an exceptionally experienced Passive Fire Project Manager to lead and manage passive fire projects across a range of commercial and high-value environments. The Role:
As a Passive Fire Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of passive fire projects from mobilisation through to completion, with a particular focus on fire door installation, maintenance, inspection, and compliance.
You will be responsible for managing teams, subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver passive fire projects, specialising in fire door packages
- Oversee fire door surveys, installation, remedial works, and compliance upgrades
- Manage additional passive fire works including fire stopping and compartmentation
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, materials, and programme schedules
- Ensure projects meet all relevant fire safety standards and regulations
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Monitor project performance, costs, quality, and timelines
- Produce and review project documentation, reports, and handover packs
- Drive a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement
About You:
We are looking for someone who is highly experienced within the passive fire sector and can confidently manage complex projects.
You will ideally have:
- Extensive experience as a Passive Fire Project Manager
- Strong specialist knowledge of fire doors (essential)
- Good understanding of fire stopping and compartmentation systems
- Proven experience managing passive fire projects from start to finish
- Excellent knowledge of passive fire compliance requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively
- A proactive, professional, and client-focused approach
