We are now seeking an ambitious, personable, and highly organised Patient Sales Executive with a strong sales mindset to join our friendly and high-performing team.

Patient Sales Executive -The Role

You will play a key part in guiding patients through their journey—from first enquiry through to consultation and treatment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound enquiries via phone and email in a professional, confident manner
  • Converting enquiries into booked consultations and treatments
  • Supporting patients through their decision-making journey with care and clarity
  • Managing appointment diaries, bookings, and follow-up activity
  • Meeting patients face-to-face in clinic and delivering a premium first impression
  • Conducting initial patient assessments (full training provided)
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and patient pipelines
  • Following up leads to maximise conversion opportunities
  • Working closely with surgeons, optometrists, and the wider clinical team
  • Consistently achieving individual and team KPIs and sales targets
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of the patient experience

About You

We are looking for Patient Sales Executive who is:

  • Naturally confident, warm, and excellent at building rapport
  • Highly motivated by targets, sales performance, and results
  • Experienced in consultative sales or a target-driven customer-facing role (minimum 2 years)
  • Skilled at handling objections and closing conversions
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Calm under pressure in a busy clinic environment
  • A strong communicator, both in person and over the phone
  • A positive, team-oriented professional with a strong work ethic

Experience in healthcare, private medical, luxury retail, or premium customer service environments is highly desirable but not essential.
