Position: Payroll Officer

Salary: Up to £30,000

This role has arisen due to expansion, ensuring a supportive team environment. You'll benefit from:

• Coaching and development opportunities.

• Processing weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly, and monthly payrolls for clients with 1 to 150 employees using Sage Payroll.
• Managing BACS payments via third-party payment mandates.
• Submitting all HMRC returns and uploading pension data to relevant pension providers.
• Completing year-end submissions.
• Addressing client payroll queries promptly and professionally.
• Providing holiday cover for the Payroll Manager.

• At least 3+ years of experience in Accountancy Practice Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, compliance, and software (Sage Payroll experience preferred).
• Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple payrolls efficiently.
• A proactive and customer-focused approach to handling queries and providing solutions
