If you're an experienced payroller looking for a role that offers flexibility now and progression for the future, this is worth a look.You'll join a small, established three-person payroll team responsible for approximately 400 employees, working in a hands-on Payroll Officer position.The role offers a good balance of independence and support. As the full-time Payroll Officer within the team, you will have the opportunity to become a key part of the payroll function and potentially take on greater responsibility as your experience within the organisation develops.What you'll be doing

• Supporting end-to-end payroll for approximately 400 employees
• Processing payroll accurately and to deadline
• Maintaining employee payroll records and processing changes
• Working with Sage Payroll and a dedicated time & attendance system
• Dealing with payroll queries
• Ensuring payroll information and records are accurate
• Working closely with the wider payroll team

What you'll need

We're looking for someone with previous payroll experience who is comfortable working in a hands-on role and taking ownership of their workload.Sage experience would be beneficial, although strong payroll knowledge, accuracy and a willingness to learn are equally important.

• £32,000 salary
• 3 days working from home
• 2 days in the Swansea (outskirts) office
