Key duties and responsibilities:
- Process payroll accurately and on time for a portfolio of clients.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of queries.
- Handle complex payroll technical queries and reconcile payments weekly.
- Meet daily deadlines and communicate effectively with the team.
- Assist with various projects and take on additional responsibilities in a rapidly expanding organisation.
- Deliver outstanding customer care, building warm relationships with employees and clients.

Skills and experience:
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in payroll.
- Strong team ethic, hard-working, and enthusiastic with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Desire to help the company grow and improve the team.
