Role: Performance and Data Officer
Location: Sandwell
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £28,505.45 - £34,613.33 (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm ( 37.5 hours)
A specialist support organisation is seeking a Performance and Data Officer to work across departments to collect, analyse, and present data that informs decision-making, supports funding bids, and tells the story of their services- providing frontline support and advocacy to high-risk victims and survivors of domestic abuse.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce performance reports on service delivery, outcomes and KPIs.
- Analyse complex data and present findings in clear, engaging formats.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
- Support reporting for funders, commissioners and trustees.
- Maintain reporting schedules and organisational performance data.
- Work with managers to improve monitoring processes and service quality.
- Support the development and maintenance of the Halo case management system.
- Assist with funding bids, tenders and annual reporting through data analysis and research.
- Design surveys, consultations and outcome measurement tools.
- Deliver training and guidance to staff on data systems and reporting processes.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and organisational policies
Requirements
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience (minimum Level 3 qualification).
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables.
- Experience analysing and interpreting large datasets.
- Experience using databases and reporting systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
- Confidence working independently and collaboratively.
