We're looking for an organised, proactive and highly professional Personal Assistant to support our Regional Managing Director (RMD) across the North business. This is a fast-paced and varied role where you'll play a critical part in keeping the region running smoothly, supporting senior leadership, and enabling effective work winning activity.
You'll act as a trusted partner to the RMD and Senior Management Team (SMT), ensuring seamless coordination across diaries, travel, communications and key business processes.
What You'll Be Doing- Proactive management of the Regional MD's diary, including meeting coordination, room bookings, client events and internal commitments
- Coordinating travel and accommodation for the RMD and wider senior management team
- Preparing meeting agendas and supporting SMT coordination, including holiday tracking
- Processing expenses on behalf of the RMD
- Supporting and delivering internal communications as delegated
- Coordinating the purchase and delivery of employee celebration gifts
- Managing and sharing key information across the regional leadership team
- Supporting work winning activity, including coordination of client meetings and assisting in bid material production
- Managing your own workload and priorities effectively
- Outstanding organisational and diary management skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and building strong relationships
- Experience of coordinating travel, events and large-scale diaries
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support wider team initiatives
- Previous experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role supporting senior leaders
- A high level of professionalism and discretion
- A self-starter who takes ownership and works independently
- Someone committed to continuous self-development and actively engaging in performance and development reviews (PDRs)
- Flexibility to travel across the Northern business stream, including regular visits to Bolton, Birmingham and the North East
- A team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
