Day to day you will:
 

• Coordinate diaries, travel, expenses, and meetings to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
• Provide proactive, confidential PA support to the Director of Stonehouse Recruitment Group, anticipating needs and handling sensitive tasks with discretion.
• Deliver high‑quality administrative and logistical support across the executive team, including documents, events, and ad hoc requests.

You’ll thrive here if you:
 

• Have 2+ years’ experience as a PA, with exceptional organisation and attention to detail.
• Exercise impeccable discretion and judgment, handling confidential information with professionalism.
• Communicate clearly and confidently, supported by strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
