Pest Control Surveyor – North London – OTE c£70K + Car, Laptop, Benefits

An excellent opportunity for an experienced, sales-driven Pest Control Surveyor to join a successful, established pest control and environmental services business with an excellent reputation and strong market presence.

Covering North London and surrounding areas, we’re looking for a proactive, commercially focused individual with aproven ability to generate new business, identify sales opportunities and win new commercial contracts.

This is a predominantly new business development role, combining technical pest control knowledge with strong sales and relationship-building skills.

The Role

• Proactively identifying, prospecting and securing new business opportunities
• Building a strong pipeline of prospective commercial customers
• Conducting pest control surveys and recommending effective solutions
• Preparing competitive quotations and proposals to win new contracts
• Developing relationships with key decision-makers
• Negotiating and closing sales to achieve revenue targets
• Identifying opportunities to grow existing customer accounts

About You

• Proven success in new business sales and business development, ideally within pest control
• Experience in pest control surveying or technical sales
• Confident prospecting, generating leads and converting opportunities into sales
• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working independently
• RSPH Level 2 qualification advantageous
• Full UK driving licence
