Picker & Packer

We are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Picker / Packer to join a busy fulfilment operation based in Slough.

This is a hands-on warehouse position where accuracy and attention to detail are important. We are specifically looking for candidates who already have experience working within a warehouse, fulfilment, e-commerce or pick/pack environment.

The Role

Your duties will include:

• Picking customer orders using a handheld scanner

• Locating and selecting the correct products within the warehouse

• Scanning and verifying items to ensure orders are accurate

• Packing products securely and to the required standard

• Using a computer system to process orders and print shipping labels

• Labelling completed parcels ready for dispatch

• Carrying out basic quality and accuracy checks

• Maintaining a clean and organised working area

What We're Looking For

To be considered, you should have:

• Previous warehouse picking and packing experience

• Experience using handheld scanners or RF scanning equipment

• Good attention to detail and the ability to work accurately

• Basic computer skills and confidence using warehouse systems

• Experience printing labels or processing orders would be advantageous

• Good communication skills

• A reliable work history and strong attendance

• The ability to work effectively in a busy, target-driven environment

Hours & Pay

Monday to Friday
8:00am – 5:00pm
£12.71 per hour

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse operative looking for consistent Monday-to-Friday work within a professional fulfilment environment.
