Pipefitter - Workshop

We're currently looking for an experienced Pipefitter to join our client's busy workshop in Widnes.

This is a bench-based workshop role, so we're looking for candidates with previous pipefitting experience who are confident working from engineering drawings and carrying out fabrication and assembly work to a high standard.

📅 Duration

• 4 weeks initially
• Potential for extension for the right candidate

💷 Pay Rates (LTD / CIS / Umbrella)

• Basic: £24.05 per hour
• Overtime 1: £28.70 per hour
  • After 8 hours Monday–Friday
  • First 6 hours on Saturday
• Overtime 2: £33.35 per hour
  • After 6 hours on Saturday
  • All day Sunday

🛠️ The Role

• Bench-based workshop pipefitting
• Fabricating and assembling pipework
• Working from engineering drawings and isometric drawings
• Measuring, preparing and fitting pipework
• Maintaining high quality and safety standards

✅ Requirements

• Proven pipefitting experience
• Experience working in a workshop/fabrication environment
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
