Pipelayer in Doncaster, South Yorkshire

We are currently recruiting Pipelayers to join a major data centre construction project.

• 
  Installation of drainage, sewer and ducting systems
• 
  Laying and connecting underground pipework
• 
  Setting pipes to correct levels and gradients
• 
  Working from drawings and specifications
• 
  Bedding, haunching and backfilling pipework
• 
  Excavation and preparation of pipe trenches
• 
  Working alongside Groundworkers and plant operators
• 
  Installing manholes, chambers and associated drainage infrastructure
• 
  Carrying out general groundworks duties when required
• 
  Following site health & safety procedures

• 
  Previous experience as a Pipelayer, preferably on large commercial, industrial or data centre projects
• 
  Relevant CSCS/NVQ qualification where required
• 
  Experience with drainage and underground pipework
• 
  Ability to read drawings and work to levels/gradients
• 
  Good understanding of site health & safety
• 
  Full PPE
• 
  Reliable and able to work as part of a site team
