Plot Sales Conveyancer

My client are seeking an experienced and motivated Plot Sales Solicitor to join their team on a part-time, remote basis.

This opportunity is ideal for a solicitor who enjoys working closely with clients and has experience managing transactions involving new-build developments, off-plan purchases, and plot sales. You will play a key role in guiding buyers through the legal process from initial reservation through to legal completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience throughout.

You will be responsible for handling a caseload of residential property matters, with a particular emphasis on plot sales within new build developments. Working independently while collaborating with the team, you will provide practical legal advice and maintain high levels of client care.

• Manage new build and plot sale transactions from reservation to completion.
• Advise purchasers on all legal aspects of buying off-plan and newly constructed properties.
• Review and prepare legal documentation, contracts and supporting paperwork.
• Liaise with developers, clients, mortgage lenders and third parties to progress transactions efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements.
• Deliver a professional, responsive and client-focused service at all times.

• Qualified Solicitor holding a current practising certificate and regulated by the SRA.
• Minimum of 1-2 years' post-qualification experience within residential property.
• Strong understanding of new build conveyancing and plot sale processes.
• Confident managing your own files with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a busy caseload.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
