We’re looking for experienced Plumbers and Pipefitters to join a major project at Glen Mor, starting immediately. This role includes installation work on cabins and modular buildings with excellent pay and overtime opportunities, plus accommodation provided on-site.
Location and Working Pattern
- Glen Mor Project, Scotland
- 11-day working fortnight (Monday to following Thursday)
- 10-hour shifts
- Overtime opportunities available
- 7 weeks work
Responsibilities
- Install 32mm MDPE pipework
- Install 100mm waste systems
- Carry out trace heating installations
- Complete lagging works
- Maintain high standards of safety and quality
- Valid JIB or Skillcard
- Safety Critical Medical (assistance available)
- Plumbing and pipefitting experience
- Experience with modular building installations
- Knowledge of trace heating processes
Rates of Pay
Blue JIB / Skillcard PAYE Rates
- Basic Rate (First 37.5 Hours Mon–Fri)
- £19.54 Working Rate + £2.74 Holiday Pay = £22.28 Total Payable Per Hour
- Overtime 1 (Midweek Overtime & First 6 Hours Saturday)
- £29.31 Working Rate + £3.54 Holiday Pay = £32.85 Total Payable Per Hour
- Overtime 2 (Saturday After First 6 Hours & Sunday)
- £39.08 Working Rate + £4.72 Holiday Pay = £43.80 Total Payable Per Hour
- Basic: £25.49/hr
- Overtime: £38.24/hr
- Overtime: £50.98/hr
- Basic Rate (First 37.5 Hours Mon–Fri)
- £21.19 Working Rate + £2.98 Holiday Pay = £24.17 Total Payable Per Hour
- Overtime 1 (Midweek Overtime & First 6 Hours Saturday)
- £31.79 Working Rate + £3.84 Holiday Pay = £35.62 Total Payable Per Hour
- Overtime 2 (Saturday After First 6 Hours & Sunday)
- £42.38 Working Rate + £5.12 Holiday Pay = £47.50 Total Payable Per Hour
- Basic: £27.64/hr
- Overtime x1.5: £41.46/hr
- Overtime x2: £55.29/hr
- On-site accommodation with gym, TV lounge, and games facilities
- Rooms include fridge and microwave (bring own bedding)
- SJIB Lodge Allowance: £53.09 per night (taxable)
- Travel time paid
