The Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced 2nd Fix Plumber to work for a private contractor delivering wet room adaptations on social housing contracts across the M11 area.

The role will involve working within occupied properties, completing all 2nd fix plumbing and finishing works to a high standard.

Duties Include:

• 2nd fix plumbing for wet room installations
• Installing toilets, basins, showers and associated fittings
• Snagging and finishing works
• Working within occupied properties
• Ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer care

Requirements:

• Proven experience in 2nd fix plumbing
• Experience with wet rooms / bathroom installations
• Social housing experience preferred but not essential
• Comfortable working in occupied properties
• Full UK Driving Licence
