The Opportunity

Location: Hertfordshire & Buckinghamshire (EN, WD, HP & AL postcodes)

We are recruiting for experienced Plumbing Engineers to join a growing and well-established home repairs and maintenance business. This is a field-based role covering domestic properties across Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire, carrying out a range of reactive plumbing repairs and installations.

This position offers excellent earning potential through overtime and bonus schemes, alongside the opportunity to work for a supportive and professional organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive plumbing repairs and maintenance within domestic properties
• Diagnose and repair leaks and plumbing faults
• Install and replace water cylinders
• Repair and install taps, toilets, showers and waste systems
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Complete job reports and documentation accurately
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to industry standards

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in domestic plumbing maintenance and repairs
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Ability to pass pre-employment checks including DBS and driving licence checks

Package

• Basic salary of £31,000 - £55,000
