PMLD Teaching Assistant

• SEN Teaching Assistant, supporting students with Physical needs and PMLD
• Working with secondary students aged 11-19
• Starting in December 2026
• 5 days a week, Mon-Fri (term time only)
• £95-£105per day, PAYE
• Contract from December 2026 to July 2027, with option to extend

Applications are most welcome if you have any of the following qualifications or experience:

• Psychology graduates
• Someone with previous school-based experience (professional or voluntary)
• Someone with a Care or Nursing background or is comfortable handling Personal Care, including toileting, when required (professional, voluntary or personal)
• Someone with experience working in a hospital (professional or voluntary)
• Someone qualified to a degree level (Nursing or Care)
• Experience in a specialist SEN or complex needs setting would be an advantage
