The role

Search is working with a well established and highly reputable company who are recruiting for an experienced Portfolio Planner to join their team based in Warrington. This is a hybrid role

We are looking for candidates who have construction experience

• Responsible for coordinating data and strategic planning to optimise financial and operational outcomes.
• Providing necessary data and coordination for strategic planning, such as investment portfolios to maximise returns
• Implementing and maintaining portfolio reports to track progress, costs, and alignment with business objectives projects
• Conducting market research, industry analysis, and intelligence gathering to inform portfolio decisions
• Leading financial modelling and presenting executive-level reports summarising portfolio and program performance
• Ensuring effective controls and cost-saving measures across projects or investments
• Ensure that projects, investments, or assets within a portfolio are managed effectively to achieve organisational goals
• Portfolio planning
• Working on multiple projects and multiply forecasting
• Run with the full portfolio and drive the projects / forecasting for other opportunities
