Role Summary
We are seeking a Portfolio Planning AVP to join our dynamic Portfolio Planning team within the Transformation & Change Management Group (TCMG). In this pivotal role, you will drive financials and transformation planning across our change portfolio, managing budgets, headcount planning, and executive-level reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support annual and multi-year strategic planning cycles, ensuring alignment of portfolio investments with business objectives.
  • Manage the end-to-end portfolio budget, including forecasting, tracking, and variance analysis.
  • Oversee the intake and prioritisation of change initiatives across the business.
  • Provide portfolio governance support, including executive reporting on performance and alignment with strategic goals.

What You Bring

  • Experience in Transformation, Strategy, or Business Management within Financial Services.
  • Strong understanding of change management, project governance, and business case development.
  • Excellent analytical skills to derive insights from complex data.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and portfolio management tools (e.g., Clarity, JIRA).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and communicate effectively.
  • A proactive mindset driven by a passion for continuous improvement.
